Looking to create a "dip tank" type solution for 12 1/2" x 7 10/16" (0.024" nominal thickness) woven PTFE sheets. 20 of these sheets are submerged into 1 liter of a solution, with our current method, 4 sheets at a time in large, flat tray. Looking to gain some efficiencies in this process by possibly dipping all 20 sheets used in a "lot" at once. I envision two small clips attaching to the 7 10/16" side of the sheet for each of the 20 sheets. The user could then drop all the sheets into the solution in the tank. Once properly submerged, the user could then lift the sheets out into a resting position to allow all the sheets to drip excess solution off of them before being removed and placed into a drying oven to dry.
