Automatize process

I need to automatize the execution of a XLS proyect. I have 3 files, 01, 02 and 03. In the ejecution of 02 I have to select an option to execute the calculation(I have 2 ways to make the calculate), the location file 01 by explorer, and the location file 03(give the route to the file). I think in an solution (Doc N4) Who insert the route to the file 01 and 03 in a Cell, and the route of 02 in a cell, and ejecute automaticly without interact with the user. The other request is this have to be dinamic, If I have 4 homes, each one have his file 01, 02, 03, and in one button i could ejecute all the process(Ejecute the 02 file in each home) secuencially. I Upload the files, and I can give an example of the N4 format to Only reduce the job to the programation of the web, no design.
