Build Survey Gizmo Forms and link them to mailparser.io

We have a number of forms that need to be added to Survey Gizmo. Some of them require Q&A (if, then else) and the information needs to be added to email so it can be read by [login to view URL] and added to excel sheets. Ideally we are looking for someone in Australia who can assist us by building the forms in Survey Gizmo and links to mailparser.io. We have a Word document explaining the questions and workflow. We are hoping this project can be completed in one or two days (Max) and up and running by 25th January. Please send details of your previous work and experience
