Votes for Facebook contest, change IP.

Require votes for my client's facebook contest. I need only USA IP address. You need to change IP address while working, IP address have to be very different, all IP numbers cannot be in sequence and cannot be similar, has to be changed every votes. You need to use real facebook accounts to cast the votes. Total needed is 280 votes. Price to be awarded would be $10 for this project. I need a total of 5 freelancers for this project. I would be customising a project for you once I confirm you. Once awarded to project, you have to start immediately. Completion time is 3 hours from award time and if you can finish it earlier, I'd award a bonus. Milestones would be awarded before work starts and you would have to complete work before milestones would be released.
