Re-create several basic forms in FileMaker Pro 16 for ipad entry and for printing to pdf. The forms should function similar to the originals while using FileMaker's capabilities to provide a cleaner look and enhanced user interface. A Table per form and Fields to capture input data need to be created with appropriate formatting with some built in auto-enter "self" correction/filtering etc. to ensure user data is cleaned upon entry. No need for relationships, calculations, scripts, or id fields, the tables and layouts will be imported into another solution and will be adjusted to fit purpose as required. camelCase field naming is required.

I have a 17 years experience as a freelance Filemaker developer and in the last few years I realised a several iPad entry forms (standalone or as part of larger solution). I'm sure I can deliver a product that fits your needs. To give an idea, I can provide some sample layout from recent works. I have to ask a couple of questions on your project. - In your project post you mention "several basic forms", but there's one form only attached. Knowing how many they are and how complex they are would give me me a clearer view of the amount of needed work. My bid could be consequently adjusted up or down.
