54261 flash banners & popups

I need someone to create some flash banner ads and popup ads for me. I cannot accept anyone who is just familiar with flash or even 'pretty good' (as I myself am pretty good in flash). I need someone who considers themselves an expert in flash because I need this work to be done quickly, professionally and artistically. If you are able to create great flash work, send me some examples that I can see (preferably those that have done work for flash ads). If you do a great job I can keep you busy for a long time. Just wanted everyone to note that I will provide a guideline to what it should include, however you will be responsible for the design of the ad so please be sure you are capable of creating your own designs and use your own creativity I really like all of the vonage ads going around on the internet...I am thinking something like that.
