FUEL OR LIQUID GPRS SENSOR

I need someone or a team to indicate us a good provider for digital FUel sensor , a device that can read the quantity of fuel diesel and petrol inside a tank and send this information throught GSM/gprs to a sql database or phone. I need the freelancer to indicate the provider, the product show a video demos that demostrate that the products works. the device can be ultrasonic or Drill bar to put inside the recipient, We dont want to be an GPS locator only fuel liquid reader , if the freelancer indicate and sell the product we can then negociate later
