Build a simple website CMS

before bidding read this - 1) CMS Name - OctoberCMS. if you never heard about it, stay away. 2) i will create milestone after seeing landing page. no front milestone. if not agree, stay away. 3) you need to start right away. and make at least landing page, so my boss can confirm it. after this tou have 2 days to complete everything. 4) if you are not good in english - please stay away. i need communication very frequently and need to see progress. 5) plenty of projects are there if tou can do this. 6) budget is 30 CAD. if you are looking for more - go away. i have a very simple website with few pages. i need to restyle it with new cms October CMS, and i have selected a theme too. i need you to first copy the style+html of landing page of demo theme, and make some color changes in that, so i can show it to my boss. once he approve i will buy the theme if needed. then you can make other pages by using purchased theme. and need to install plugins etc. i need it complete. remember, communixation is the first key. i will select after 1 hour but open for communication now.
