PHP Script - Escrow

Good Day I need PHP script software that runs an entire Escrow website service, similar to www.escrow.com and similar to Alstrasoft Escrow Pro. I have a few other specific requirements like a different currency, not USD as default and also it should integrate a payment gateway of my choice as well as PayPal. This is both for funding and payments. PayPal and EFT requests for pay-outs. Should of course have an admin back end to manage the website and features (Currency, payment gateway for funding, payment gateway for funds pay-out, banners, users management, commission % and so on) and a front end for consumers to make use of the service. (Users can register, login, see banners and what is offered on the website, contact us, Terms & conditions and so on.)
