Video project: aspect ratio / language variations and rendering

We're creating video assets for digital advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google). We focus on releasing new concept, ideas and selling propositions, and we make the primary (usually square) video for each creativity. We need somebody who, starting from an After Effects project, can transform the video into other aspect ratios: 16:9: 1920 x 1080 pixels (for generic purpose / bumpers) 9:16: 1080 x 1920 pixels (for Instagram Stories) 4:5: 1200 x 1500 pixels (for Facebook Ads) For each aspect ratio, we need to make 3 different language variations: Italian, Spanish and German. We're going to provide the full text, we'll specify which words must be emphasized and anything else that is relevant to the project. Text size, position and alignment will have to be set based on space, length of the words in each language variant, and be graphically balanced. The video we provide will be the reference for the variations, and the graphic elements should remain in the same relative position. We need an output file (MP4 / H.264 high bitrate) for each variation (11 in total, since the one we give is already finalized).
