Angularjs Form and CRUD Table

Hello, I have a form that I would like for users to fill out and on submission (after validation) saves to sql database and automatically sends them to the log or the table that has all previously submitted items that only that person submitted. There is an admin table that has admins that can see all submissions which I will provide scripts for. Also in that table if the user wants to view their submission (not edit it) they click a button next to it and it opens the form with their entry for them to view. For admins it does the same thing they are allowed to edit however. Lastly, I want to be able to hide certain navbar items and block certain pages from non-admin users. It will check the admin database and if they aren't an admin they won't see the navbar item or the page. I know you won't be able to use my actual server variables to check a users ID so we just need to simulate this.
