Hello, I am involved in running races and I would like to create a website that can do the following: 1) Race organiser creates and account and then creates an event. 2) Photographers create an account and then upload photos of the event. 3) The photos have images of runners and their bibs with their race number on them and I need the website to automatically extract their numbers and make them searchable. This could be done using ANPR? 4) The participant can then come on to the website, select an event and search for their race number. 5) All images for that participant are displayed and the participant can then order digital copies of their images or prints. The website must be able to allow the administrator to create an account for the printer and when a participant selects Print as an order, the website will FTP the files to the printer’s FTP and upload files under the Race/Bib Number folder.
