Targeted traffic for diet site with lots of articles

I have a diet blog with many quality articles. I want to increase my traffic to 1000 visitors per day more or less . The traffic must come from relevant blog comments,social media campaigns , yahoo answers etc and whatever you think better I want to see a detailed work schedule of how are you going to drive trageted fitness traffic to my site . Payment schedule will be: 25% of bid when traffic reaches 200 daily visitors and be stable for a week 25% of bid when traffic reaches 500 daily visitors and be stable for a week 50% of bid when traffic reaches 1000+ daily visitors and be stable for a month Payment will be made 1 month after a milestone is hit to ensure the achieved traffic is sustainable.
