For the past four years, I have worked as a content marketing strategist at Direct Development (DD). I was recently promoted to Director of Marketing Strategy at DD and am excited to continue to scale our small business. I helped DD launch a suite of new marketing services including social media, ghost-writing, and SEO services.
At DD, I have had the privilege to create and promote content for a plethora of higher education institutions (including West Virginia University, Marymount University, Kent State University) as well as nonprofit charities (including Missionhurst — CICM, Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, and the Dominican Sisters of Hope). I have extensive experience in strategically outlining and writing compelling content that is conversion-centric and goals-oriented. I have been fortunate to work with some incredible designers, writers, and developers over the years and have learned a lot about the importance of long-tail keywords, SEO, and social media promotions (both paid and unpaid).
