AfterEffects: Create Script to automate video creation

I want to automate a video creation with AE CS5. Here is an example video: [login to view URL] I will send you a static trailer (videofile), border (psd) and outro (psd) and the 2 fonts used in the video and a custom backgroundimage (psd) and a custom background music (mp3) I want to run a script that compose a video, reading the text from a textfile (every line shows up for 4 seconds), changing the text of all lines with a transition. Also the intro and outro should have a transition. The mp3 should start when the trailer is ready and the first line is shown and should have a fadeout effect when the video ends (while outro image). The background image, mp3 and textfile will be in the same directory. I will change that files to compose a new video. What I need is the complete AE Script (source code).
