Messaging App Surveillance System

Consider 2 users (User1, User2) sending message to an existing Application (Node.js). And consider 1 human agent (Agent1) that must check that the user messages are “correct”. Consider also that each message sent by the users are stored in a database. We would like to have an Application that can read this Message Database and possibly add messages to the message flow. Here is an example of the flow. When User1 or User2 say something inappropriate the Agent1 will delete the “bad message” and the users will see the Agent1 message: User1: “Hello” User2: “Hello User1” User1: “Hi User2, can we meet today?” User2: “OK, can you give me your phone number?” Agent1: “Please do not share phone number or address location!” User1: “My phone number is 0102030405” (Agent1 sees and delete this message from the database before User2 can see it) Agent1: “User1, your message was deleted since it breaks our rules” User2: “Can you give me your name User1?” User1: “OK” Agent1: “Please do not share real names!” User1: “I am Donald T., what is your name?” Agent1: “Please do not share real names!” Agent1: “User1, your message was deleted since it breaks our rules” User2: “I’m Bob S.” Agent1: “User2, your message was deleted since it breaks our rules” The Application must be able to read several discussions (messages between users). As example Agent1 can watch of the discussion between User1 and User2 but also the discussion between User3 and User4. In fact, the application must list all the discussions that are live and must be able to choose one. To be able to choose one discussion the Application must be able to show the last message of each user within a discussion. The Agent that is using the Application must be able to enter the discussion by setting a flag to the discussion (like “UnderSurveillance = true”). The Agent must also be able to leave the discussion by simply pressing a button (like “UnderSurveillance = false”). Every new message posted by a user must be displayed at the right place. The Application must provide an entry field where the Agent can type a message that will be read by the users of the discussion. The Application must be a Web based application and do not need to be enabled for mobile, see how it can look like: [login to view URL] The application must be secured (https) and have a basic Authentication (User + Password). The Application must run on Node.js. The Database is existing, and it is a MySQL DB. The central table is “Discussion” which is connect to “User” and to “Messages”. The table “Agent” is not existing.
