Q/A Response Game / Audience Feedback app Objective Creating a platform to allow Q & A or interactive quizzes to run in live events (courses, presentations, laboratories) Description The platform must be based on a distributed Q / A Response Game app, which will also include a Web component, like ● [login to view URL] ● [login to view URL] ● [login to view URL] ● [login to view URL] Tehnologies we must use NODE JS REACT EXPRESS MYSQL HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPT Components ● Database for storing user data, tests and results / reports ● Rest API to allow data flow between the database and mobile clients ● Web client that includes mobile client features, plus other tools Client mobile functional requirements: The platform should be as easy to use as possible-as in the number of clicks and the input needed to access the tests. The platform must allow the the administration of two types of users: students and teachers. The application must allow the registration of students and teachers with the e-mail address / institutional accounts. The application must allow the registration of a single user (the mobile application can not be used by multiple users simultaneously on the same device) User Authentication will be done through ASE's LDAP service (REST API will be used) (ASE is the name of the University) 7. The platform must allow real-time evaluation of responses - with immediate feedback to the teacher and the participating student 8. The platform should allow teachers to control when the test becomes active / inactive a. Visibility period of the test b. Test access code 9. The platform must allow the definition of public tests (freely accessible on the platform) but also private (access is controlled by the teacher). Other features for a test a. Mixing questions and answers b. Number of run tests c. Providing feedback - the correct answer or text related to the question d. Show final score e. Time Assignment per Test - Overwrites the time associated with each question f. Assign scoring to each question g. The possibility of returning to previous questions / the possibility to pass the test only in a sense 10. The platform should allow students to enroll / participate in an active test( recommended solution, enroll/participate based on a teacher-given code) 11. The platform must allow administration for existing tests a. Each teacher has a portfolio of tests and a portfolio of questions that can be classified into different categories b. Teachers can share tests with other teachers giving use/edit rights 12. The platform must allow administration for student's history: when he gave a test and the score for that test 13. The platform must generate reports for the teacher a. List of students who gave a test and their score b. A list of answers given by a student for a test 14. The platform must allow interaction between students, they may be included in teams (randomly generated or by other criteria) 15. The platform must allow the creation of different questions (single or multiple response grid - mandatory, open response)
