Set Up Development Environment for Angular+.Net Core+SQL

I need someone proficient in working with Azure to remote into my computer and set up the .Net Core backend and the accompanying Angular frontend in Azure Windows Web App+SQL using DevOps as well as a Git repo. An admin template will be added to the Angular side for starter development and it should successfully load on the public url, be accessible in IDE (VS, VS Code, etc), and in Azure DevOps once completed.
