Wordpress site backend login portal design

Hi, we are looking for a Wordpress developer to assist building a backend tracking system. We currently have a website which we are happy with, but feel that it is lacking some functionality, we are looking for someone who can help build a login and tracking system, I will provide an overview below and would be grateful if you could come back to me with an estimate. We are a recruitment company, and we recruit around 300 new members of staff each year, at the moment we manually inform them of their progress through the immigration admin stage, we are looking for a standalone Wordpress so that we can update their status and they can login and see the status. At the moment we have all of the information regarding their progress stored on google sheets so we would ideally like to link these together meaning that the key element to the site will be a very simple design login page and a flowchart detailing their progress which would reflect a google sheet. Please do let me know if this seems like a project you would be able to work on including timeframe and cost estimate, I am currently based in Shenzhen, China and it might be helpful for me to fly to you so we can have a short meeting if we can agree on the general design and setup. Attached to are 2 spreadsheets 1) Mirror Sheet - This is the sheet that will be hosted in google sheets, it will provide the data to the Wordpress site 2) Wordpress example layout - This sheet is an example of the information that will go on to the Wordpress site The username and password must be generated by us and stored in the mirror sheet Each row on the google sheet "Mirror Sheet" will be a candidate, it must be secure so that other candidates cannot see each others data. Finally, we would also like an automated email to be sent to the candidates (email address will be hosted in the Mirror Sheet) to say that their profile has been updated in the even that there is a status change.
