Logo Recreation, One-page brand style guide, and HTML Email Signature

We are looking for a creative graphics designer to help us with the following items: 1- Recreate a vector logo from scratch from an existing GIF animated logo. 2- Create one-page style guide from the logo and the existing website. The purpose of the style guide will be mainly to be used as a guide for rebranding and customizing (templates, web platforms, and email signature details). 3- Redesign email signature and provide in clean HTML code that can be copied and pasted into any platform that support HTML signatures.
