Build me a boat

Hi! I need someone to revamp an old lifeboat into a pleasure boat. The size of the boat should ideally be 8 X 3/2.5 meters. We want the Diesel engine to be removed and to be replaced by an electric engine. The battery life should last us about 8 hours of sailing. Shipping should be to the Netherlands where i am situated.
