pay Apartment Application Fee in Person -- 2

I'm currently overseas and want to apply to an apartment complex, but they require the fee to be paid as cashiers check, money order, or personal check. The apartment complex is in Monterey, California. I plan to submit the application within the next few days once I can have someone pay the application fee in person for me.
