Build a datalogger From a TTGO call

We are in need of a datalogger based on LILYGO® TTGO T-Call V1.4 ESP32 Main fictions is log of data from the 16 adcs (auto detect and only send data for active adcs) on the esp32 chip. The data must be sent over mqtt to a server. Log and upload interval (time between logs and amount of logs before upload happens must be remote changerable via mqtt, http read or alike) The sensors we use are analog pressure and temperature sensors, they need 12v++ to run so there by we need to turn on a relay every time a log is performed. Main point in this project is the ESP32 MUST be in "DEEP SLEEP MODE" most of the time, in order to save battery, GSM and alike can only be on, when its used. The unit must also be able to wake up, and send alarm on a specific threshold set from the server.
