Write an Android Reminder Application

I want to create a Bill Reminder App with exact functionality as this one [login to view URL] I have created my own Graphic design that you should use a guide but the functionality is the same. I have attached 4 graphics, in your bid please tell me the file format of those graphics. For example you can say the file format of the graphics is jpg or png. The first page of my shows Facebook and Google login, THIS IS NOT NEEDED now, do not implement, just add a Toast message "Coming soon", the third button "Continue without an account" should be implemented and goes to the list of Bills.
