Write code for a client/server application as follows: 1. Android: Act as the client - written in Android studio (Java). Transfer a selected file (typically a photo) from an Android Device to a networked computer via TCP/IP. Process is to send filename, wait for a response from the server and if required by server, send file. 2. Windows: Act as server. Receive filename, check if already exists in a predefined directory. Respond to client and wait for file if required. Written in Delphi or C++
