"okco" Yes As i read you want to display file from master server. but when i open app in back-ground i will check is there any change on master server file using modified date if yes than we will download master file and display on app with web view. My suggestion: We make one web service and display the link of the page directly using web view. (This method is easy to implement and user get all time latest data without checking in back-ground.)
