I am looking to hire a mobile app developer who can design a massive multiplayer online mobile war strategy game similar to such games as game of war, invasion, clash of kings, mobile strike and so on... I am looking to start very small. just the basics and grow from there. if successful, the developer would be hired on for other aspects on this project such as updates, bug and glitch fixes and so on.. time frame is not a huge issue in this. I want the project not to be rushed. I want quality work. I would love to discuss your project in more detail, such as what features you want to offer to players, etc. Or will it be a copy of those existing games you mentioned? The budget to make something as polished along the same lines could be anywhere from $20,000 and up to $100,000 depending on the complexity of the game and graphics quality.
