We will provide a detailed specification to the shortlisted bidders. There si no need to quote at this stage but please identify your interest in this project if you meet the following criteria: Have developed PWA's before Can create PWA's with some degree of local device (iOS / Android) storage and functionality. Can integrate with SMS sending Can host the source code on Github under an open source licence for each milestone Are based in Eastern Europe Please start your response with "I am based in Eastern Europe, my country is: " & insert your country here. Please note that we will only be accepting submissions from applicants based in Eastern Europe for this project.
