Required proxy for DBA job profile.

I am looking for male DBA proxy(handle on behalf my freind) who can handle the telephonic interview round from US and addess the technical question on behalf of my friend. The JD are as below, Required Skills: DBA with Oracle MySQL Linux Debugging and tuning SQL Tuning PL/SQL Shell and Python Scripting.
