Need chat script/program to be used on Auction sites

I want to have a support chat website for people using ebay, and other auction sites to sell thier items. So i got the domain name ChatAuction.com. But now i need is some one or some team to build it. I like HelpCenterLive, and phplvesupport. I want it have a auction fell to [login to view URL] it easy so while thet are chatting with some one looking at there auction, they can view it in the same window, maybe a shipping thing and other small thing, don't know if it should be web based or a win app.
