Photo Editing- Lightroom and Photoship

I am offering a long time job opportunity, it will be in photo editing, however it may also require other tasks completed. We are looking for someone one who is available everyday of the week from 7:00pm to 5:30am eastern standard time. Proficient communication in English is a must as we would need to be in consistent communication with one another. We primarily use lightroom photo editing and photoshop good command in those two is a prerequisite. Our company specializes in tours of homes and photography for them. We do approximately 4000-5000 homes a year between 25-40 pictures per home. Our busy seasons are in spring and summer and our slow seasons are fall and winter. We expect our desired candidate to be ready to work heavy hours during our busy seasons and less hours during our slow season. We are willing to pay $5 per home, which would be around $20000 to $30000 a year, with an increase if the job is done up to required standards.
