ASP.NET to PHP conversion

I have a site [login to view URL] which one of my coders is developping in asp.net. URGENT: The coder was taken out some files so it gives errors. We dont want to work with him anymore. Please ignore the site and just work with the files I have enclosed which are correct). I am unhapy with it as the coding is wordy and unnecessariy long. He is not good in php that is why I had it done in asp which is supposed to be good in. I want to convert this into php as all my sites are in php anyways. We have the correct planets position now and the aspects between them, and this is all working. This will be part of a big project which we will be putting up as soon as this is done. I also woudl like to have a lookup for the atlas with time changes from the database instead of all the years and cities being on the same page. So consider this a sub-project of big projects to follow. We have to integrate some of the calculation in another site later on. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows, php (it is in windows asp.net at present but we want it in php.
