Modify pre-existing PHP MySQL e-commerce

We provide the web server and MySQL database. We will ONLY pay after the performance. This policy also applies to escrow. We do not want bullshit to argue about words. You must execute our orders. You must sign the NDA in cursive. Must know PHP & MySQL database design to enhance development. We will pay upon the completion of the task in e-commerce & Facebook. Prove yourself! * Re-calculate shopping carts by fees, not price, for Members to pay monthly. Members are paid each quarter. Must be automated through Revolution money exchange with a drop down of MM/DD/YYYY. When bumped to a higher Monthly Plan, the Borrower cannot bring it down to avoid paying higher Monthly Fee that month. * Add Return Tracker textbox & a confirm button (not the same as Owner's Sending USPS Tracker) and store it in MySQL. * Display item(s) currently rented, Owner's Address, Sending USPS & Return Trackers on Owner's and Borrower's [login to view URL],automatically disappears after months through the main control. * Display "Country" on [login to view URL] * Create # of days and $ penalty on user_list.php. Example: If item is not returned in 25 days, Borrower is charged $ 25. * Replace Price, TOTAL, TOTAL INCLUDING SHIPPING on Shopping Carts, [login to view URL], etc. with Monthly Fee but keep the "Item". * Delete "Shipping Address (leave blank if as above)" on [login to view URL] but Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Country must auto-populate. * Remove "Add to My Wishlist" from [login to view URL] but improve "Search Result" for sale to item owners. * Replace sellers with Search (Title, stars, director, subtitle, studio, Description, category, format, etc) and most rented items, then save Search Result & automatically re-size digital pictures.
