First of all let me Point that i am looking for someone who has good skills and knowledge both in PHP programming and in web designing, and this is why: the project is devided to two sub-projects - 1) converting and changing some of the OsCommerce original code to make it suitable for myneeds, such as: - the ability to add/remove items to an order after it was closed by the customer - improve the banner mannaging - changing the delivery options (in the admin tool) - creating import/export option of the products catalog . - a few more minor changes in the code. 2) designing the template according to the specific shop concept (that i will send to the one i'll decide working with), home page,header footer,product page etc... and implementing it on the OsCommerce. the template should look something like the ones that are on [login to view URL] (the same design level) i am asking everyone that sends a bid - send also examples of relevant work that you did (on OsCommerce).
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
OsCommerce runs on Unix servers with a mysql DB. the shop should run in all 3.0+ versions of internet explorer and netscape.
