Edit Social Niche Site Builder Script

Job is to add some functions to the Social Niche Builder Script A sample site has been set up here [login to view URL] 1) I need to resize the site, currently I have to scroll sideways. 2) I need the links visible in the edit profile area, after edit the links have to hover to find them 3) I need a "back" button in the edit profile area 4) I need a default screenshot when adding videos 5) I need a viral "invite friends" function 6) I need the ability to easily rotate ads in the ad positions 7) I need a high level of security and privacy This is a social niche site script so it needs to be very easy to use and easy to invite others to join. Sort of like a Facebook or MySpace site it needs some tweaking to make it better. As I set up sites I will likely find more aspects to add so the successful bidder should remain available for further work. Ideally a simple admin interface to change settings would be best. Also if you have suggestions based on experience with similar sites for further improvements I will listen.
