PHP/MySQL Expert Needed for Bug Fixes

I just switched servers (Linux) and as a result, have a couple of PHP/MySQL bug fixes that an expert should be able to fix in a couple of hours, probably less: 1. a path error in a script that worked fine on the old server, but on the new server, the IP address and account name is being inserted into the URL, i.e. [login to view URL]~myaccount/somedirectory/[login to view URL] is how the links are being displayed instead of [login to view URL] 2. database connection needs to be fixed/reset for one site Successful completion of this small project will lead to a lot more work for the right person.
