310070 Gaming Ladder Script

I need a website developed that can run gaming tournaments and ladders very similarly to how [login to view URL] does but i also want it integrated with a vbulletin forum and a store where i can sell merchandice. On the ladders and tournament website i want to have the option to make the teams or players pay to play. Everything needs to be fully templated. I want the ladders to have basically all of the options that gamebattles has.
