Vtiger CRM Customization

Hi, We are looking to customize vTiger CRM for our business [login to view URL] current process flow as below: 1. Customer Enquiry - Web, Ref, Direct Board Line Call, Through Architects, Through another customers, Through email marketting, Through direct appointments. 2. Receiving drawings or do site measurement ourself. 3. Site Inspection after receiving the drawings and reconfirm the status. 4. Quotation/Offer: with conditions. 5 If customer give us the order then we receive PO and WO from them. 6 Then we raise PO to my principle for supplying the material at site. 7 Once this project of customer is approved, then we take the dispatch details and share the complete drawing for their work at site. 8. Drawing approve from our principle and Client. We send the drawing to our principle for approval and technical clearance. 9. Site Final Inspection 10. Material Delivery from WOHR to Site. 11. Installation and Testing. During Installation shortages supply of material happens, so we need to keep track of it and once its received at site. it has to be entered. 12. Till the shortages are recieved from my principle, we do inter site or supply from our H.O (If available) similar stock transfer so that work don't stop. 13. Handover to customer. Keep the certificate and email the customer with some pics and Handover certificate. 14. The leftover good are back to head office and added in the stock. 15. Service during warrenty phase. Regular service every 2 months and take calls for emergency call also. Calls of emergency are via Toll free numbers or direct to my site engineers. 16 AMC (after warranty) similar service as per 12. Module we needed: 1. Sales Automation and Marketing. 2. Customer support & service functions 3. lead generation 4. campaign support 5. Inventory Management 6. Analysis and reporting 7. SMS and email Integration 8. self service customer portal 9. Tally Integration, so that all the financial can be put up there and we can pull their financial reports in vtiger for better management reports.
