Web site design & developement

Dear Freelancer, We are looking for professionals to develop our website projects. We are an IT consulting company located in Istanbul-Turkey and looking for someone who has creative imagination and works in discipline. Our expectation is to provide us web developement projects with reasonable prices in long term. For the beginning, he/she will be developing one of our clients website. After finishing the project we will post him other projects, and the size of each project will be bigger. For successfull freelancers, we will hire them to our own web projects, corporate software development projects etc. He / She will work as partner for our company. Ongoing progresses will show us how to move further with the developer and update of terms & conditions. The longer cooperation will result as higher budgets. All depends on the result of each project. For the beginning, our first project is the redesign of one of clients corporate website. The company works also in IT area, providing variaty of IT solutions. Site should be built using ASP .NET technology for the pages, and MSSQL for the back-end database and be about 10 - 12 pages. We should be able to add/modify/delete any contents from the admin control panel. One ITSM module will be integrated in the site. Module will cover customer support requests, catogorize them accordingly, and follow a simple process, also include messaging. Also, some flash objects should be used in the designing, as well as professional graphic design. Details will be discussed through PMs.
