163121 Simple reservation system w/CC

Hello! I need a simple reservation script built and installed. It will have a Member Registration Form which is to be filled to register with First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Country, Phone, Mobile, Fax, Website URL, Email Address, Username, Password. After filling this form, the user selects the workout session time and number of sessions they would like to purchase (There will be discount options for purchasing multiple sessions). Once the purchase is complete, the users are redirected to secure Credit Card Payment Page which if filled properly are validated by [login to view URL] and payment deducted from the users Credit Card (We may use something other than [login to view URL]). Once the user pays, an email is sent to the Admin reporting a new user sign up and payment details. The Admin will login to the Admin Panel from where he/she can check the registered users and their payments for selected session. Once approved by the Admin, the members can login to view the session history where the complete and incomplete sessions are listed with session dates and timing and status. From the Members Area, they can purchase more sessions if there are no credits left for sessions. From the Admin Panel, the Admin can flag off the completed sessions for each members and can also refund money for incomplete sessions if requested by the Member. Admin Panel Modules: 1. Login/Logout, Change Password, Forgot Password 2. Manage Members (add, edit, view, approve/disapprove, delete) and Member booked sessions 3. Manage Sessions (add, edit, view, activate/deactivate, delete) with Prices 4. Session Refund and refund history Front and Member Area: 1. Member Registration, session booking and online payment 2. Member Login/Logout, Change Password, Forgot Password 3. Session and Payment History 4. Session Bookings 5.
