We seek a developer that create a simple ringtone application. Details of the features will be made available to winning bid, but know that we are intentionally keeping this project very simple, so there will not be any surprises. The web application must perform the top 3 functions listed below. The fourth function is not critical, but we will welcome your input. FUNCTIONS • Ringtone Creation and Storage: Web-based application that creates, stores & shares ringtones. (MUST HAVE) • Account Creation w/ Permissions: 2 types; User & Admin. Admin must see all content and have ability to delete user accounts and associated content. (MUST HAVE) • History of Content Uploaded: A cloud-based table that shows content uploaded (w/ associated meta data) by each user. This table is always visible to the musician/admin signed in. (MUST HAVE) - SEO: The ringtone “download" page should be optimized to find the associated artist in major search engines. (WANT) The selection process will work as follows: First you bid on the project. Second, we reach out to our top choice with a detailed features list and schedule a timeline with milestones. If we can agree to deliverable dates and general terms, then you’re our guy. That’s it! We’re easy to work with and we always pay on time.
