Ticker Tape Control (VB.net)(repost)

I need a ticker tape control for my software program. I currently have a ticker tape but I don't like it. I want a ticker tape similar to what they have on CNN. I want to have 2 ticker tapes (one on top of the other). The top ticker tape will scroll at a faster speed than the bottom ticker tape. The two ticker tapes should be different colors. I was thinking the bottom ticker should be black and the top should be blue. I included an image of how my current ticker tape looks. I would like the data to be displayed in the same manner. It should display the product Name, the price, and the change (up arrow, down arrow, or NC). If the product went up in price (up arrow), the arrow should be green...if the product went down in price (down arrow) the arrow should be red...if there was no change, the "NC" should be white. The two tickers combined should be around 55 pixels high (I run the program in 800x600 resolution). The ticker has to be a vb.net component that my programmer can send data to.
