php, photoshop, css, javascript, mysql expert needed

i am looking for expert php programmer who are good on designing as well. Main job is to edit the current website theme and make it look exactly as per given draft. You need to edit php codes, css or html as well. All the newly added code need to be manage by admin. Admin can delete, admin modify everything. You will be provided details doc file with the draft for each page how it need to be looked at the end. It is rough draft so you may need to design it and then need to code it as per need. Or you can achieve the goal by making changes on the css but the final product need to be same as per given details. I am looking for serious bid only, no time waster. I'll not make any upfront payment, i'll submit payment in milestone, once homepage is ready, uploaded and approved then i'll submit next milestone payment. I always pay for the the work so payment is not an issue but i want quality work and job need to be done on the given time frame. Max timeframe 5 days. I need daily work report without any delay, if you dont provide work report then this project will be canceled on that point itself. I want to know what is going on with my project.
