Shopping Cart based on Magento - open to bidding

HI, We are looking for magento expert who can build the shopping cart. we want to integrate Paypal as well as Indian payment gateway on the same for now post that we will have cc avenue as well - So the integration should be done in such a way that at a later stage we are able to embed the same too. We might offer a complete theme to be integrated too - Making your work easy - This would be decided post bidding.
