Wordpress development site: Company / freelancer must have experience in: Wordpress Development HTML CSS jQuery PHP The site is to help connect employers with recruitment agencies to fill jobs quickly and for a fix price • Employers and Recruiters go through signup process and conformation e-mail is sent to activate account • Employers and Recruiters create a profile based on company and experience etc • Employer and Recruiter can add user(s) to their account and they too create a profile under the business • Employer posts a job with fixed price cost and optional restriction on number of CV’s to be submitted and it goes on to the marketplace (Would feel like a job board I guess) but no Employer information is shared. • Recruiter can search on the Marketplace and find vacant roles and request to work on the role • The Employer can look through the Recruiters profiles who have accepted to work and see o statics on time taken to fill roles, on average how many CV’s sent o and a star system to show communication, expertise, would hire again, professionalism. ( like freelancer.com) • Once the employer has approved for the recruit to work on the role the recruiter can also review the clients profile and see o A star system on Clarity in Specification, Communication, Payment promptness, Professionalism and Would work for Again ( like freelancer.com) • The recruiter can see the Employers contact details and can phone them direct or use the messaging system to gain more information • The recruiter can then submit candidates to the job. o If the candidate has already been submitted then the duplication checking system will detect the duplicate • Once the recruiter has submitted their CV’s the Employer can go in and look under the job to see the CV’s o The employer can make notes and save o They can reject, select and shortlist candidates then request a phone interview, interview to show progress • When the person has been hired conformation from the Employer is given and the hired selection made.
