Export MSCRM data, clean MSCRM data, and import MSCRM back into MSCRM

I have a Microsoft CRM 1.2 database that has hundreds of duplicates and bad addresses. Due to the limitations on doing duplicate checking and cleaning of data via the XML web services exposed by MSCRM for database access, I would like to do the following steps. Export the data (Lead, Contact, Account, Notes, Activities) from MSCRM into a new MS SQL 2000 database. Use [[login to view URL]][1] 's Match product (which I will provide a licensed copy for use, but a demo version is available on dqglobal's web site) to identify, delete, and merge records. Then I would like to use the US Post Office's xml web service for address verification to clean up the addresses. Then I want to import this cleaned data into a clean (new without modifications to the out of box database design) installtion of MSCRM. The import should be done by the data being loaded into the MSCRM data migration framework, which will bring it into MSCRM. (Check MSDN for MSCRM data migration framework download and documentation) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
