Connect two php scripts to api

I have 2 php scripts and webform ready . 1 script is for amazon aws another script to push network config . They both are in php tested and working . Currently webform is made for amazon aws only so I need when order created on web form, after aws make a call to the script with network config and if there no errors make an api call to another application to create an order. So form you need to put all those 3 scripts together . Who has good knowledge of api's should be easy todo.
