Create a Joomla module that only on the sign in will allow users to upload images to a specific path. 1)This uploader will restrict images that will be allowed to be uploaded based on a specific size. 2) This will also resize images to fit a clean appearance of images put into the slider OVerall goal is for it to work similar to Facebook cover photo which is able to resize images and restrict images that wont appear correctly. 3) I currently have a module that can also be edit that can upload images to a specific path just is not able to restrict based on image size.
