Custom Google Map panel plot with surrounding attractions

hi Freelancers, Good Day. I have a request from my team on this mini project - Open a new window plot with Google Map custom markers with surrounding areas. The surrounding area can be filtered via the right side surrounding choice grouped with collapsible features. The custom window look like this (click the "See Map" link at the right side) in lightbox version [login to view URL] I want the entire jquery code can be plug-n-play with the custom settings (CSS or javascript code) in any page in my existing domain that i can changed easily with minimum installation efforts.
