Debug Autoresponder System - 2

I'm looking for an expert in PHP & MySQL. I have a autoresponder system done but it has bugs problem. This autoresponder has an admin that manages & create users. 1)The sequential message doesn't work. A scheduling problem. It also has small bug here and there. 2)I need a forgot password module for user who forgot their passwords. 3)I also require the provider to add in my new graphic interface to replace the existing GUI.
